How Long Will it Take?
The average inspection takes
two to four hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the
property.
Should I be There?
We strongly urge the prospective
buyer to be present for the walk-through at the end of the inspection.
By being present, you will have a far greater understanding of your
new home and the report.
When Do I Receive My Report?
1) At the conclusion
of the inspection. I will do a walk through with client.
2) The Inspective computerized report is completed off site and will
be deliver within 24hrs.

the Report
The Inspective report is a computerized, highly detailed
narrative style report that typically runs between 15 and 25 pages,
depending on the number of photographs included. Digital pictures
are embedded into this report.
