a franchise. My name is Steve Spivey and I am a register home inspector
(RHI) and owner of the business. This is my only business and I specialize
in property inspections. I treat every home inspection as though it
were my own. I know the potential problems that can occur in a home
and what to look for.
In addition, I have successfully passed NACHI's required
certification exam and have completed professional home inspection
training from America's Real Estate Academy (AREA). I am a member
of the Housing Inspection Foundation. All inspections meet or exceed
